Emergency Hardship Relief
The Problem
Even full-time essential workers and veterans face devastating financial emergencies — unexpected medical bills, vehicle breakdowns, housing crises — that can destroy years of financial progress in days. Without a safety net, one crisis becomes a cascading disaster.
Our Solution
FAS’s Emergency Hardship Relief program provides direct financial assistance grants to qualifying individuals facing documented emergencies. We work to assess need and connect recipients with support through a structured, eligibility-based review process. Minimum 15 business day review.
